To access plans that you've created, in the opening "Saved Plans" screen, choose "My Saved Plans" from the drop-down box.
Each plan is identified by:
Client Name - as entered on the Plan Information screen
Plan Name - as entered on the Plan Information screen
Date and Time - when the plan was saved
Sharing of Saved Plans
You can access saved plans created by any representatives in the credit union by choosing "All Saved Plans" from the drop down box. Only the representative who created the original plan can delete the saved plan. Another user can, however make a copy of the plan.
Find the plan that you want to open using the sorting and multiple page navigation functions as needed.
Click on a "Plan Name" to open the saved plan.
The default sort order of the list is by Client Last Name in ascending order.
Click on a column heading to change the sort criterion to a different column.
A subsequent click on the same column heading will change the sort order from ascending to descending or visa versa.
The screen displays 25 saved plans per page. To navigate to another page in the list select the desired page number from the drop list at the bottom right of list table.
Notification of Portfolio Planner Changes
If a saved plan that was created prior to Dec 17, 2004 is opened, the following message will appear:
An existing plan can be edited for non-critical changes without having to start a new plan. These changes are:
First Name
Last Name
Plan Name, and
Plan Objective under "Other".
Start a new plan if changes other than these non-critical changes are required.
Clicking on the "Delete" link in the last column to deleted the plan from the list.
